HAWC includes a Reports page on its web site as part of our work to provide clear helpful information for our customers and our community.

Our Business Plan defines our relationship with a number of partners in the housing industry at the local, state and federal levels, and incorporates the latest version of the agency Strategic Plan.  You can also read the monthly reports prepared by staff for the meetings of our board of Commissioners, the Resolutions they have adopted and the minutes of their meetings.

With the FY2010 plan year we are completing our third five-year planning cycle. The 2010-2014 plan document is made up of the following components:

• The six-page Five-Year and Annual Plan which includes a progress report on work done to achieve the goals and objectives laid out in the 5-year 2010-2014 planning cycle;
• Capital Fund progress reports on the use of Federal Fiscal Year 2008; 2009; and 2009 American Reinvestment and Recovery Act monies;
• A "Conversion Assessment" and "Conversion Plan" discussed in more detail below;
• Our proposed use of FFY2010 funds which we anticipate to be in the amount of $108,000; and
• Our plan for capital expenditures with federal funds appropriated for the period 2011-2014.

Capital Fund spending priorities were reviewed with residents and a public hearing was held on Thursday, March 11, 2010 at 12:30 p.m. in the Housing Authority's main conference room after which the plan was formally adopted.

The 2010-2014 Five-Year Plan contains an application to HUD to convert the form of rental assistance at Blue Mountain Estates, Parkview Knoll and in our 24 scattered family public housing units to Section 8 Vouchers.
