Location

The Location of Authority's offices are on the 2nd floor of 319 East Antietam Street in Hagerstown. The office is above the Children's Doctor, just east of the former Washington County Hospital and served by three County Commuter bus routes (the Robinwood, Smithsburg and Funkstown routes). Follow the drive around to the left and turn into the larger lot where the pavement has been cross-hatched.

Directions from Frederick and points east: Take Rt. I-70 West from Frederick towards Hagerstown/Hancock.  (17.1 miles) Merge onto DUAL HWY/US-40 W/NATIONAL PIKE via EXIT 32B toward HAGERSTOWN. (3.2 miles) Left on Cannon Avenue (immediately past McDonalds) Left on Antietam Street - 319 is on right

Directions from Hancock and points west: Merge onto I-70 E. (22.0 miles) Take the I-81 N exit, EXIT 26, toward HAGERSTOWN/HARRISBURG. (.4 miles) Merge onto I-81 N via EXIT 26B toward HARRISBURG. Merge onto US-40 E/NATIONAL PIKE via EXIT 6A toward HAGERSTOWN. (2.3 miles) Turn RIGHT onto S CANNON AVE. (.1 miles) Take the 1st LEFT onto E ANTIETAM ST. (.04 miles) - 319 is on right.

Directions from West Virginia and points south: Turn onto US-522/N WASHINGTON ST/WV-9. Continue to follow US-522 N (Crossing into MARYLAND). (6.1 miles) Merge onto I-70 E toward HAGERSTOWN.  (22.2 miles) Take the I-81 N exit, EXIT 26, toward HAGERSTOWN/HARRISBURG. (0.4 miles) Merge onto I-81 N via EXIT 26B toward HARRISBURG. (3.3 miles) Merge onto US-40 E/NATIONAL PIKE via EXIT 6A toward HAGERSTOWN. (2.3 miles) Turn RIGHT onto S CANNON AVE. (.1 miles) Take the 1st LEFT onto E ANTIETAM ST. (.04 miles) - 319 is on right.
