Part of our vision is to gain community respect and support for our housing efforts enabling us to meet a wide range of local housing needs.
Our community has entrusted us with responsibility for administering housing programs that are supported by tax dollars. When we provide rental assistance to families, we emphasize how their behavior can affect community support for our programs.
If we receive anonymous complaints we alert staff to watch out for the offending behavior. If we receive signed complaints we take a more active approach. If a complaint is signed we immediately assign staff to gather collaborating evidence.
